The welcome was warm and friendly. The room was comfortable and had a nice, large en suite. I did enjoy the evening meal, a friendly server made a few jokes, that was pleasant.
The staff weren't very friendly. I notified the hotel I had a dog with me and received confirmation, at checkout a staff member said she wasn't aware. I didn't get the dog goody bag mentioned in the brochure.

The parking areas were good sized. The location is convenient to the main route. Beds and bedding were excellent. Some wear was evident but it did not detract from the room.
The traffic noise bothered me.

I really enjoyed the tasty breakfast! i had cereal, toast, and coffee. then i got a lovely full english breakfast, cooked fresh from the chef and served by a lovely staff member. I found it very delicious! the location was perfect for getting around the area.
the path from the car park was a bit steep, and it might be a problem for some people!

The room was beautifully appointed with good views. It had high-end drapes and bedding with elegant furnishings, so i found the atmosphere very relaxing and calm .

Staff members were cute and efficient. They gave attention to detail and seemed friendly. the check in process was easy. Staff were helpful with any questions i had about the area.

There was plenty of parking available at the hotel. i found the location provided great access from the m6. Made traveling very simple. a field next to the building was a big plus.
